The platform works. Activation is what moves the needle.

The pilot confirmed that women's health is a relevant and welcomed topic within FrieslandCampina. What also became clear: access alone is not enough. Sustained activation, embedded in existing channels and networks, is what drives real adoption.

Adoption needs a push.

Platform uptake during the pilot was modest without consistent communication. In the extension we shift the balance toward activation.

EmpowerHER is a ready-made channel.

The international network of ~20 women offers a natural entry point for global rollout without building new infrastructure.

Shared accountability.

FemmeUp takes on more responsibility for driving engagement. The platform rate goes down, activation frequency goes up.

One global theme, two languages.

NL and international employees get the same quality of content, tailored per language and cultural context. No duplicate investment per region.

NL adoption, global voice.

Platform and 1:1 consultations stay focused on NL employees, where the pilot was measured. The awareness layer goes global in English, building on the EmpowerHER network without duplicating content streams.

Covers the full continuation package as outlined above. Invoiced in two installments (start of engagement and September 2026), unless preferred otherwise. Optional Wellbeing Academy add-on invoiced separately if added.
